Student Self Service Password Reset
The BRTC Student Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) is a Microsoft delivered feature that allows an enrolled user the ability to reset their own password.
Enrolling in Student Self Service Password Reset - You must be able to login to set this up

Open the web browser on your device and go to the password reset registration page ( Click Here ).

Your user name will be username@blackrivertech.org. If your email address is John.Q.Smith@students.blackrivertech.edu you would use John.Q.Smith@blackrivertech.org only on this form

You can configure up to three means of recovering your account: alternate email, phone, or security questions. At least two methods must be configured. It is recommended, but not required, that you set-up as many methods as possible. This gives you flexibility when one of the methods isn't available.
Recover a lost password - Only if you have enrolled in the service above
Students that have enrolled in the BRTC self service password reset program can recover a lost or forgotten password by

Change your password recovery options - Only if you have enrolled in the service above
